• If someone raises an issue, ask them a question about what they have raised so they know you have heard and are listening. • Set a time for private discussion. • Don't second guess the other person • Don't reinterpret what they are saying, let them have their own point. • If it's confrontational tell them you need time to digest the information. • Standing up to a bully.
