Organizing

Sort - inventory of what you have Purge - chuck stuff so you have less Assign - put stuff left over into zones Containerize - put the stuff in the zones in containers Equalize - maintain system, keep it current SPACE Tips: Don't zig-zag, stay in one room and have a 'belongs elsewhere' pile to take when you leave Papers - only transient papers should be on your desk, the rest should be filed
